Dough
- The dough needs to be prepared for cookies in advance, since it needs to brew for several days in the refrigerator. To prepare the dough, pre-fill 20 grams of yeast with 130 milliliters of warm kefir. The mixture is thoroughly mixed and left to infuse.
- Add 1 egg, 200 kefir, 3 tsp to a pound of flour. sugar and 1 tsp. salt.
- All components are thoroughly mixed, first using a tablespoon, then stirring with your hands.
- Kefir-yeast mixture is poured into the resulting dough, which has already come up and fluffed.
- Stir the dough with a mixer or manually.
- Add pre-grated and frozen butter in an amount of 250 grams or margarine to the puff-yeast dough.
- Try to stir the dough so that the oil does not dissolve.
- Place the dough in a plastic bag and put in the refrigerator for the night or several hours (minimum 5).
Baby
- While they are expecting the puff and yeast dough to infuse, they are preparing cream crumbs for cookies. To do this, 0.5 cups of flour is combined with an equal amount of sugar, mixing thoroughly.
- Using a water bath, pre-melt 50 grams of butter and pour into a mixture with flour and sugar.
- Stir with a tablespoon, then rub with your hands until crumbs are formed.
Biscuit
- Roll out the cold dough using a rolling pin, grease 1 protein.
- Sprinkle evenly over the entire area with crumbs.
- 3-4 times fold the dough like a roll.
