If you make flour yourself. Rinse green buckwheat if necessary (it is dusty, with excess food debris), pour into a frying pan, fry for several minutes, stirring, pour onto a paper towel to cool. Brown buckwheat is not necessary to fry. Collect buckwheat in a coffee grinder and grind to flour.
Trying to turn buckwheat into fine flour is not necessary. The texture may be heterogeneous with smaller and larger grains of sand. This will give the future liver a more interesting look and improve the taste. If you bought ready-made buckwheat flour, skip the grinding moment and go to the cherry.
- Take a deep bowl. Wash 200 g of pitted cherries, if it is pitted, take 220 g, remove the pits. Put the cherries in a bowl and mash with a nibbler for mashed potatoes.
- Put the buckwheat flour, 20 g (or 1 full tablespoon) of vegetable oil, 100 g (or 4 tablespoons) sour cream, 50 g of water, a pinch of salt and 1 tablespoon in cherry puree. l warm honey (it can be heated in a water bath for a couple of minutes). If you like sweeter cookies, then put 2 tbsp. l honey. All ingredients are mixed well until smooth. Leave the dough for 30-40 minutes in the kitchen. It will become more elastic and fragrant.
- If the dough will crumble, add some water, but do not overdo it. 1 tsp., So that it begins to mold well, it will be enough.
- Turn on the oven to preheat it to 180 degrees. Cover the baking sheet with parchment. There is no need to lubricate it. Form balls and squeeze them on a baking sheet. Future cookies should be small and flat. Edges do not need to be processed, they can be torn, such baking will be even more interesting.
- Place the pan in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
Cookies will become darker, slightly cracked on top. When it cools, it will be soft, tender and tasty.
