Step cooking
- We break one chicken egg into a deep large container, add 100 grams of granulated sugar and grind these ingredients together into a homogeneous mass. To do this, you can use a whisk or an ordinary fork.
- Melt 100 grams of butter in a separate saucepan, cool it a little, add to the general container and mix everything well again. Be sure to cool the oil, otherwise when added to the eggs, they may curl.
- Then pour 200 grams of clean water at room temperature and mix. Pour 200 grams of children's dry mix of any manufacturer and stir until smooth so that there are no lumps.
- Sift through a sieve 250 grams of wheat flour and mix it with a pinch of soda. We introduce flour with soda into the general container and knead thoroughly.
- We send the finished dough for 5 minutes to the freezer. Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper or foil and pour all the dough on it. We heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and send our future cookies to it for 20 minutes.
- After the time has passed, we take out the finished cake and cut it into small cookies.
