Granulated sugar 200 g
Soda 2 g

Step cooking

  1. In a large deep container, break three chicken eggs.
    In the bowl of the mixer, beat the eggs.
  2. Add 200 grams of granulated sugar to the eggs and beat with a mixer or whisk until a homogeneous light mass is formed.

  3. Pour 2 grams of soda and 5 grams of vanilla sugar into the total capacity.
