Step cooking

- Put parchment paper on a baking sheet and grease it with sunflower oil. This way you prepare the surface for baking cookies. It does not stick and does not burn during cooking.
- Remove the thickened mixture from the refrigerator, mash it a little and add 0.5 stack. chocolate chips. Stir all the ingredients. If you don’t have any chocolate chips at hand, you can use raisins or any other dried fruit, chopped finely.
- With your hands, dial the required amount of the workpiece and sculpt the ball. Then squeeze it a little and put it on a baking sheet. Perform the same manipulations with the rest of the workpiece. It should turn out 15-16 pieces of large cookies, or about 20 pieces of small.
- Place the pan in the preheated oven. Bake for 15 minutes at 180 ° C. After the time has passed, turn off the oven and let the liver stand for another 5 minutes.
