Name | amount |
Egg whites | 2 pcs. |
Sugar | 100 g |
Walnuts | 125 g |
Chocolate | 50 g |
Vanilla sugar | 10 g |
Step cooking
- Peel 125 g of walnuts from the peel (in this recipe you can use any nuts of your choice). Grind nuts and pour them into a convenient container.
- Finely chop 50 g of chocolate and add to nuts, mix.
- In a deep bowl, mix 100 g of sugar with a bag of vanilla sugar (10 g).
- Separate 2 egg whites from the yolk and pour into a separate bowl or glass plate. Make sure that the yolk does not hit the protein. Beat the whites with a mixer until lush foam is formed.
- For egg whites to beat well, the whisk of the mixer and dishes in which you beat them must be dry and clean. Without stopping to beat, slowly, portionwise add vanilla sugar to the proteins. After adding sugar, beat the proteins thoroughly with a mixer for another 5 minutes.
- In a bowl of whipped whites, add prepared chocolate with nuts. Stir until smooth.
- Cover the pan with parchment paper without first lubricating it.
- Spread the resulting cookie dough on a baking sheet in the shape of a circle. For the formation of 1 cookie you need about 1 tbsp. l test. Place the dough at a distance of 3-4 cm from each other, since when baking it will increase in shape.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees (you can do this beforehand). Place a baking tray with cookies in a preheated oven. Bake cookies at the indicated temperature for 5 minutes. Turn off the oven, while not opening its door so that the cookie dough does not fall. Leave the cookies to simmer in the oven for 2 hours.
- Remove the cookies from the oven and let it cool.
