Step cooking
- Beat with a mixer in a lush mass softened margarine or butter (200 grams) with mayonnaise (200 grams).
- Add the chicken egg (1 piece), granulated sugar (200 grams), salt (1 pinch) and vanillin (1 gram) into the whipped mixture and beat all the ingredients well until smooth.
- Sift flour (500 grams). Add half the flour (250 grams) to the whipped homogeneous mass and, changing the nozzle on the mixer (take the nozzle for the dough), continue to knead the mass.
- Add the rest of the flour (250 grams) and knead the dough with a mixer or hands. It should not be too steep and tight.
- Transfer the finished dough into a pastry bag with any curly nozzle.
- On a baking sheet covered with parchment baking paper, squeeze the dough from the pastry bag at a distance of 1 cm from each other. When the whole baking sheet is filled, on all the cookies, slightly press the middle with your finger.
- Preheat the oven to 190 degrees and set bake cookies.
- Bake cookies until light golden ruddy for about 12-15 minutes, focusing on your oven. Let the cookies cool on a baking sheet and only then remove on a dish or a large plate.
Decoration methods and serving options
Baked cookies can be made even tastier and more palatable. To do this, it is necessary to decorate it with all kinds of edible elements: powdered sugar, multi-colored or chocolate glaze, dragees of various colors and shapes.
For shortcake cookies on margarine, sugar icing decoration is ideal, which you can buy in the store or cook it yourself, grind sugar in a coffee grinder or blender.
You can also glue cookies together in two pieces, smearing the bottom with thick jam, caramel or melted chocolate.
