Step cooking

  1. First, prepare the liver: rinse it under water and clean it from the film. Next, cut 400 grams of liver into small pieces on a cutting board. By the way, you can choose the liver to taste, like pork, and calf, lamb or even chicken.
    Cut the liver into pieces.
  2. In order not to cover each piece with flour, after we cut the liver, simply pour ½ cup of flour into a plate with the liver and mix everything well with a kitchen spoon.

  3. On a gas or electric stove we set to heat the pan over medium heat. Pour a little sunflower oil into it.

  4. When the oil warms up, pour the liver into the pan, salt and pepper to taste. Fry on both sides until a crust appears for about 15 minutes.
