sour cream 150 g
onion 4-5 pcs.

  1. To start cooking, rinse 700 g of beef liver under cold running water, then dry with paper towels. If necessary, remove the thin film and blood vessels with a knife. On a cutting board, cut the liver into small pieces.

  2. Pour about 40-50 ml of vegetable oil into a deep frying pan and lightly heat it. Then put the chopped liver in a pan and fry it over medium heat, stirring with a spatula. After 10 minutes of cooking, sprinkle the liver with salt to taste. Cover the pan and fry the liver for about 10 minutes.

  3. In the meantime, clear 4-5 pcs. peel the onions, rinse and cut into medium-sized cubes. Pour about 10-15 ml of vegetable oil into a separate deep frying pan, heat slightly and put the onions in it. Sauté the onion until golden brown, occasionally stirring with a spatula.
