Step cooking
- We take 500 g of pork liver, clean it, cut into small pieces and pour 200 ml of milk.
Important! Be sure to rid the liver of the film and extra veins, otherwise they will make your dish stiff and give it an unpleasant bitterness. - Add 1 tsp to the liver and milk. baking soda.
- Mix everything and let stand for at least 30 minutes. Thanks to the use of a mixture of milk and soda, the liver soaked in them turns out to be incredibly juicy, soft and tender.
- Add 2 tsp to flour weighing 200 g. salt and black pepper to taste. We form a homogeneous dry mixture.
- In half rings we cut 1 head of onion and fry it in a pan with the addition of 3 tbsp. l vegetable oil.
- Throw the liver in a colander, eliminating excess fluid. Pour 100 ml of vegetable oil into the pan and let it warm. Bread pieces of liver in a mixture of flour, salt and pepper.
- Fry the liver on both sides in a preheated pan.
- We shift the finished liver into a deep plate and sprinkle with fried onions. Enjoy your meal!
