Ingredients
Beef liver | 700 g |
Onion | 200 g |
Sour cream | 2 tbsp. l |
Vegetable oil | 100 g |
Salt | taste |
Ground black pepper | taste |

Step cooking
- We prepare the ingredients. Cut the raw liver into pieces, remove the film and clean it.
- Dice the onions and send them into the multicooker bowl.
- We cut the liver into cubes, slightly larger than the onion, and also place in the multicooker bowl. Add vegetable oil, salt, pepper and dill. Mix everything well. We put the bowl in the slow cooker.
- Set the mode "Stew" for 1 hour.
- 10 minutes before the end add sour cream, mix the ingredients. We prepare the liver for the remaining time.

Cooking variations
The beef liver itself turns out to be very tasty, but almost no one eats it without a side dish. As a rule, the liver is cooked either with something, for example, stewed with vegetables, or a side dish is prepared separately. Below you will find options for dishes and side dishes with liver:

- Beef liver with fresh vegetable salad.
- Beef liver with spaghetti (like pasta). You can additionally prepare a sauce of sour cream, garlic and herbs.
- Beef liver with buckwheat porridge and mushrooms.

And these are far from all the options! In fact, you can cook any side dish that you like, and it will be combined with beef liver. Do not be afraid to experiment and add various spices, dried herbs and additional ingredients to the dish.
