Step cooking
- We prepare the ingredients. First, wash the liver and clean it from the film.
- Cut the liver into pieces, put it in a plastic bag and beat off with a hammer.
- Cut the liver into small cubes. We heat the pan and pour vegetable oil there. When the oil is heated, put the liver in a pan and fry for 3 minutes over high heat.
- After 3 minutes, add chopped onion, a tablespoon of flour and 2-3 tablespoons of sour cream. Approximately the liver is fried for 8-10 minutes. At the very end, salt and pepper the liver to taste. Add a pinch of salt and any spices as you wish.
- Mix everything and you're done! Enjoy your meal.
