- After two hours, we remove the breast from the saline solution, blot excess moisture with paper towels. Cut from the brisket various veins, films, if any.
- We connect two pieces of chicken fillet so that on top there remains the part on which the skin was. We knit the meat with a thread, so after cooking it will have a beautiful shape. - After that, we cover the baking sheet with foil, spread the roll, grease with a small amount of vegetable oil. We send it to the oven, bake at a temperature of 200 degrees for 25-30 minutes. After this time, you can leave it to cool in the oven so that it does not lose its juice. After that, remove the threads, cut into portions and treat guests or your family.
