Step cooking
Get to know 3 sets of pastille products right away. All 3 types are prepared according to the same principle.
- By any convenient means, peel 2 bananas, 2 kiwi and 2 pears. From the last fruit we take out the core. We cut everything into small pieces and interrupt in a blender until smooth. We remove the seeds from 5 apricots, 5 plums and 2 peaches. If the peaches are small, take 4-5 pieces. We also peel the fruits from the peel, if it is dense enough. We cut into pieces and also interrupt in a blender until smooth.
- We wash 50 g of raspberries, 50 g of strawberries, 50 g of seedless grapes and 70 g of blueberries. You do not need to additionally process the berries, unless the grapes are separated from the twigs. We interrupt everything with a blender to a smoothie state.
- Cover a sufficiently wide baking dish with a silicone mat or parchment paper. A wide form is needed for thinner pastilles. Pour each of the fruit mixtures from the blender bowl into a mold. Level with a spoon or spatula.
- Preheat the oven to 60-70ºС. It’s great if she has a convection mode. We put the baking dish inside, and leave the door ajar to circulate air. Cook the pastille for about 5-6 hours in this mode. Ready it should be dry, with a density of rubber. If it is not possible to do this in the oven, even a hot balcony with good ventilation can come up.
- We take out the pastille from the oven and let it cool. When this happens, you can immediately cut it into pieces and serve. If not, twist into a tube and store in a dry place.
