Step cooking
- We put a pan on the hob, pouring 1-1.5 liters of water into it. We wait until the liquid boils, and add table salt to taste. To prepare a gourmet meal, it is precisely the thin, flat noodles known as fettuccini that will be required. We put 250 g of pasta in boiling water. Cook for 7-8 minutes. Fettuccine must be fully prepared.
- While the pasta is cooked, put the pan on the stove, heat 3 tbsp on it. l olive oil. Finely chop 2 cloves of garlic and spread them on hot olive oil, frying for several minutes. Add 400 g of tomato paste to the pan. Mix everything well and simmer over medium heat for 8-10 minutes.
- Season the tomato paste with garlic with a small amount of spices and mix a little. You can choose any seasonings at your discretion, which will go well with the rest of the ingredients. Remove the tomato paste with garlic from the heat and add 120 g of spinach to them. Leaves do not need to be crushed, we spread them whole.
- We take out the prepared pasta from the pan using kitchen tongs. If there is no such tool in the kitchen, then drain the excess liquid through a colander. In a pan with tomato paste, garlic and spinach leaves, spread the prepared fettuccini. Mix everything carefully with a spatula or kitchen tongs so as not to damage the integrity of the spinach leaves.
- We shift the finished dish to a beautiful plate. We wash several cherry tomatoes under running water and cut in half. Halves of vegetables need to be slightly allowed. To do this, put the stewpan on the stove over medium heat and pour 1-2 tbsp. l olive oil. Put the halves of the cherry on the heated oil with the pulp down. Increase the heat to the maximum and slightly let the tomatoes lightly. Spread them on top of the fettuccine.
- Cut into small pieces fresh Italian burrata cheese and also spread evenly on top of the remaining ingredients on a plate.
- Italian gourmet meal ready. If desired, season it with a pinch of freshly ground black pepper on top and serve.
