Step cooking
- Mushrooms 150 grams clear of the film and cut into medium pieces. Do not make them too small, as they are fried twice.
- We cut the half of the onion very finely, and the floor of the garlic clove must be flattened and finely chopped.
- We also cut a small bunch of parsley finely.
- We heat the pan on the stove, pour 50 grams of butter into it, and a little later olive. First, fry the garlic, constantly stirring it.
- When it is a little browned, pour the chopped onion, mixing everything well. The onion should become transparent.
- When the onion gets the right shade, add the previously sliced champignons into the pan, and mix everything well. Simmer until cooked. Salt to taste.
- At the same time, we put a pot of water on the stove for cooking pasta. For 100 grams of pasta, 1 liter of water is taken. It is necessary to salt only hot water, not cold. It is necessary to cook the paste according to the time indicated on the package. When the water boils, put the paste in it and mix so that the paste does not stick to the bottom of the pan.
- When the mushrooms are almost cooked, fill them with 100 milliliters of cream, they should cover the mushrooms a third or a little more.
- Immediately after adding the cream, we add the basil to the pan to taste, so that it has time to reveal its aroma.
- After 5 minutes add chopped parsley and you can add a little hard cheese. You can add some salt.
- When the cream is reduced by about half and the pasta is ready, add it to the pan with mushrooms and mix well.
- At the end of cooking, add 30 grams of Parmesan cheese on top. Enjoy your meal!
Tips
- Whenever possible, mushrooms should not be washed, as they absorb a lot of water.
- If you have fresh basil, then they can safely replace dried and parsley.
- It is recommended to serve and consume pasta immediately after cooking, so it will be much tastier.
- If desired, chicken or beef can be added to the paste.
- Products made from durum wheat are best suited for this dish.
- For mushroom sauce, cooks recommend adding freshly ground pepper, thanks to which the dish retains its delicate aroma. Peppers are crushed in a special mill, but do not go too far with it!
