Step cooking
- We put a small pan on the hob, pouring about 1 liter of water into it. While the water is boiling, we are preparing the filling. Dice 1 chicken fillet into small cubes. For cooking, you can use the meat of any other bird that you prefer. For example, chicken can be replaced with turkey fillet.
- Under running water, wash 6-7 medium champignon mushrooms and cut them into cubes. Do not grind them much, because when frying, they are greatly reduced.
- Peel a large onion from the husk and cut into small cubes.
- Put about 500 g of spaghetti into boiling water. It is required to add them whole, a little helping hands. Before laying the pasta, salt the water to taste. Cook them for 7-8 minutes.
- We cut 100 g of walnuts into small pieces. Cutting them is required not too large and not quite crushed into powder, the taste of nuts should be felt in the finished dish.
- We put the pan on the stove and pour 1-2 tablespoons into it. l olive oil. On medium heat, fry the chopped onion first for several minutes. Then add diced champignons. Mix everything periodically with a spatula.
- A few minutes after frying the vegetables, add the chicken cubes to the pan. All salt to taste, season with sweet paprika and mix well.
- When the meat is a little fried, and the onion gets a golden hue, add chopped walnuts. Mix everything and leave everything to be slightly fried over medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
- To the ingredients fried in a pan, add 150 g of sour cream and 1 tbsp. l mustard. Mix everything thoroughly until the sour cream with mustard is evenly distributed. Stew everything for 5 minutes.
- After cooking pasta, drain the excess liquid, transferring them to a colander. After getting rid of excess water, put the spaghetti back in the pan. To the prepared pasta, add the cooked sauce of mushrooms, onions and other ingredients. Mix everything so that the filling is evenly distributed.
- We spread the spaghetti on plates and decorate with chopped parsley on top. Just need 2-3 branches. If you do not like parsley, then replace it with any other greens.
