Pasta or any pasta 250-300 g
Dry white wine half a glass
Olive oil 1 tbsp. l
Non-fat cream 0.5 l
Onion 2 pcs.
Garlic 1 clove
Salt Taste
Ground black pepper pinch
Thyme 1 sprig
Celery 1 root
Rosemary a few leaves
Green pea 100 g
Lightly salted salmon 1-3 pieces
Water 1-2 liter

Step cooking

  1. If 100 grams of frozen green peas are used to make pasta with salmon, then boil the water in the teapot first and fill it with boiling water so that it cooks faster. If fresh peas are used in the recipe, then such manipulation is not required.
    Pour boiled water over frozen green peas.
  2. For pasta you need 2 onions, which are peeled and cut into small cubes.
    Grind the onion.
  3. Put on the fire 1-2 liters of water, and after boiling, salt to taste. 250-300 grams of pasta are thrown into boiling water. You can use spaghetti, shells or any other pasta of your choice. It is important that they are from durum wheat and belong to group A pasta. They are cooked for 10-12 minutes.
    We put pasta to cook.
  4. 1 celery root is chopped very finely.
    Finely chop the celery.
  5. On a preheated pan with 1 tbsp. l olive oil is thrown chopped onions and celery. Fry over medium heat so that celery with onions do not burn, become soft and with a golden hue.
    In a pan with olive oil, lightly fry the celery with onions.
  6. Prepare 300 g of salmon fillet, peeling and slicing fish into 1-2 cm cubes.
    Dice the salmon.
  7. Finely chop 1 clove of garlic and add to the pan to celery and onion. Following the garlic, chopped salmon cubes are immediately placed in the pan. If you wait until the garlic is fried, then it will begin to bitter.
    Together with chopped garlic, spread the salmon in a pan to the onion.
  8. Green peas, which were previously poured with boiling water, are filtered and added to the pan. In the recipe, it is used to give the paste a sweet aftertaste and tenderness. All ingredients are mixed with a spatula.
    Add green peas to fish and vegetables.
  9. The leaves and the tip of the lower branch are removed from the thyme sprig, adding to the other ingredients in the pan. With its help, the paste acquires a Mediterranean flavor. If there is no fresh greenery, then it is replaced by dried Provencal herbs or herbs of Italian cuisine.
    Add a few thyme leaves for the aroma.
  10. Finished pasta is removed from the heat and filtered through a colander. It can be washed under cold running water. Leave the glass to water.
    Ready pasta recline in a colander.
  11. The products in the pan are slightly salted and a pinch of black pepper is added. All ingredients are poured into half a glass of dry white wine.
    Add dry white wine to the pan.
  12. A few leaves of rosemary are finely chopped with a knife and added to the pan. Mix all the products and fry for several minutes. Salmon is required to soak with all the herbs, wine and other ingredients.
    Grind rosemary leaves and add to the dish.
  13. Add 0.5 l of nonfat cream, it is better to keep them warm. If your cream was in the refrigerator, then after adding it you need to slightly increase the temperature. After boiling the sauce, it is again reduced.
    Enter the cream, mix the sauce.
  14. Strained pasta is added to the sauce, stirred and boiled for 1.5-2 minutes.
    Spread pasta in the sauce.
