Step cooking
- Put a pan with 3.5-4 liters of water on the fire. Cut 350 g of fish into small slices, not thicker than 3-4 mm.
- Salt (approximately 0.5 tsp. Salt), pepper to taste, add 1 tsp. flour or starch (you can take corn or potato), mix everything well.
- First, cut a half of a small zucchini into 4 parts, then thin slices. Instead of zucchini, you can take bell pepper or other vegetables at your discretion, or even do without them.
- Chop green onions, garlic and dill.
- Heat 1-2 tbsp in a pan l any vegetable oil, fry for 2-3 minutes. on maximum heat slices of zucchini, put them on a plate.
- In the oil remaining in the pan, fry, stirring, pieces of red fish (5-7 minutes).
- Add salt (1-1.5 tbsp. L.) To the boiled water, lower the paste and cook according to the instructions on the package. In order for it to be cooked correctly for this dish, it is necessary to boil over medium heat, without covering, almost until ready - for 1-2 minutes. less than recommended by the manufacturer.
- While the pasta is boiling, prepare the sauce: put the zucchini on the pan to the fried fish, mix well and add 300 ml of 20% cream. If the cream is 35% fat, they need to be taken less - 200 ml, and diluted with 100 ml of milk.
- Mix the sauce, bring to a boil, add a little salt to taste and boil for 2-3 minutes.
- Put almost finished pasta in boiling sauce, add green onions, garlic and dill, if necessary, add salt.
- If the paste has absorbed all the liquid from the sauce, add 2-3 tbsp. l water in which it was boiled, close the lid and cook everything together for another 1-2 minutes.
- A tasty and healthy dish is ready! It does not need additional decoration before serving, because in itself it looks very picturesque.
