Step cooking

  1. Place the washed and dried salmon filet (250-300 grams) on a flat plate. Salt it and pepper to taste. Sprinkle the fillet with olive oil using 1 tablespoon.

  2. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Transfer the fillet to the prepared form (a baking sheet covered with a silicone mat). Bake it until cooked for 15-20 minutes.
