Step cooking
- Put on the stove 2 liters of water in a saucepan.
- While the water is boiling, cut 2 shoots of green onions. Cut diagonally, medium-sized pieces.
- Finely chop 20 g of black olives, after removing the seeds, if any.
- Wash and tear a half-bunch of arugula into medium-sized leaves. Separate from the skin and finely chop 4 slices of smoked salmon.
- Salt the boiled water with 2 tsp. salt.
- Pour 200 g of durum wheat paste into the water, boil until al dente, that is, until half cooked. Drain the spaghetti into a deep bowl with a colander.
- In a large pan, heat 1 tbsp. l olive oil and sauté a pre-chopped onion for 1-2 minutes.
- Add the boiled spaghetti to the pan, if necessary, add a little water in which they were cooked. Shuffle.
- In a pan with spaghetti and onions, add the chopped olives and arugula. Add pepper to taste and mix.
- Add salmon to the pan with spaghetti, mix and cook for another 1-2 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat.
