Step cooking
- Immediately put the pan on the stove to warm up, pour oil from a jar of dried tomatoes into it.
- Checked squid with your fingers for cartilage inside. If there is, then remove, if not, then put on a cutting board and cut into middle rings. Cut a few cloves of garlic into thin slices. If possible, it is better to take young garlic.
- Cut 1 large tomato into medium slices. About 30-40 grams of dried tomatoes cut into strips. The pan is already well warmed up, pour the squid, tomato, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic into it and mix well.
- Salt and pepper to taste. Spread 350-400 grams of pasta on top on squid with vegetables, fill with water and cover on top for 5 minutes. Stew on medium heat. Next, remove the lid and squeeze the paste a little with squid in the squid so that it boils well. Reduce the fire and fry for 5 minutes. Remove the lid, mix everything carefully and turn off the fire. We spread the paste on a plate and pour olive oil on top.

Tips
- If the boiling of the paste does not exceed 5-7 minutes, it can be stewed immediately in a pan.
- Always pay attention to the packaging, how much you need to cook the paste.
- You should not put Parmesan on top, the taste without it is very rich.
- From herbs you can add thyme, but not basil.
- Prefer pasta with chili pepper.
- Most often squids are frozen, it is important to ensure that the squid meat is not thawed during storage. If it was not stored properly, the meat will taste bitter. Also sticking carcasses indicate that the product is spoiled.
- Squid carcass should be tight. The meat inside is white, and the outside is pinkish-brown or grayish-purple.
- Do not buy already peeled squid carcasses, they are more convenient to cook, but it is from the squid skin that you can determine their freshness.
- It is believed that the smaller the carcass, the sweeter the squid meat.
