Ingredients
- Pasta - 200 g
- Zucchini - 500 g
- Bell pepper - 1 pc.
- Onion - 1 pc.
- Tomato - 1 pc.
- Egg - 2 pcs.
- Hard cheese - 70 g
- Vegetable oil - 70 g
- Salt, pepper (pepper mixture) - to taste
Step cooking
- 200 g of pasta are poured into boiling salted water and boiled until cooked according to the instructions on the package. Usually the process takes 15-20 minutes. Do not forget to stir the pasta during cooking so that it does not stick and does not stick to the bottom of the pan.
- While the pasta is cooked, we will take up vegetables: chop the onion head into wide half rings, chop 2 medium zucchini (500 g) into cubes. We cut into large cubes one bell pepper and a medium-sized tomato.
- We put the pan on medium heat, pour 70 g of odorless vegetable oil. When the oil is heated, fry the onion half rings until transparent. Then add the tomato, simmer for 3 minutes together and put the cubes of bell pepper in the pan to the rest of the ingredients.
- Let the vegetables stay on fire for another 3 minutes - and add the zucchini. Mix all the ingredients well, turn off the fire, close the lid and leave to simmer.
- Let's start making cheese sauce: in a deep bowl or bowl, break 2 eggs, slightly beat them with a whisk and add the cheese grated on a coarse grater.
- Mix vegetables, salt and pepper to taste. Cover with a lid and leave it on fire for another 3 minutes.
- Salt water from pasta. You can throw them in a colander, and then immediately return to a hot pan and pour cheese and egg sauce. The sauce needs to be mixed well so that the eggs are brewed and the cheese is melted. In order for the sauce to melt well in the paste, it must be hot. Therefore, it is more convenient to cook pasta when the rest of the ingredients - sauce and vegetables are in the process of semi-preparedness.
- Remove vegetables from the heat and add half to the pan with pasta. Mix and put on a plate for serving. In the center of the plate we make a recess in which we spread the remaining vegetables. Sprinkle lightly with freshly ground black pepper and serve.
