Green young asparagus 300 g
Champignon 300 g

Step cooking

  1. The washed and dried turkey fillet (1 kg) is cut into a medium sized straw.
    Cut the turkey fillet into thin slices.
  2. Place the pan on the stove, pour olive oil (2 tablespoons) into it and heat. Put turkey filet cut into strips in a preheated pan.
    We send the turkey to the pan.
  3. Pour 2-2.5 liters of water into a large pot, bring it to a boil, salt well and cook the pasta until tender as much as indicated on the package.
    Pour pasta into boiling salted water, cook.
  4. Peel onions (1 pc.) And cut into medium-sized cubes.
    Grind the onion.
  5. Add it to the meat in the pan and mix. Salt and pepper the meat to taste. Mix well.

  6. Wash young asparagus (300 grams), cut off the hard ends, and cut the rest into small pieces of about 0.5 cm.

  7. Send chopped asparagus to the meat and onions in a pan and mix.

  8. Rinse and peeled champignons (300 grams) cut into medium cubes. Do not chop the mushrooms finely, as they are highly fried.

  10. Add butter (50 grams) and finely chopped parsley (a small bunch) to the pan.
