Step cooking
- The washed and dried turkey fillet (1 kg) is cut into a medium sized straw.
- Place the pan on the stove, pour olive oil (2 tablespoons) into it and heat. Put turkey filet cut into strips in a preheated pan.
- Pour 2-2.5 liters of water into a large pot, bring it to a boil, salt well and cook the pasta until tender as much as indicated on the package.
- Peel onions (1 pc.) And cut into medium-sized cubes.
- Add it to the meat in the pan and mix. Salt and pepper the meat to taste. Mix well.
- Wash young asparagus (300 grams), cut off the hard ends, and cut the rest into small pieces of about 0.5 cm.
- Send chopped asparagus to the meat and onions in a pan and mix.
- Rinse and peeled champignons (300 grams) cut into medium cubes. Do not chop the mushrooms finely, as they are highly fried.
- Put chopped champignons in a pan for meat and other vegetables, and mix.
- Add butter (50 grams) and finely chopped parsley (a small bunch) to the pan.
- Pour the contents of the pan with cream (500 ml) of any fat content at your discretion.
- Salt and pepper again to taste, as many vegetables have been added. Mix everything thoroughly. Reduce the fire to a minimum, cover the pan with a lid and leave to simmer until the meat and vegetables are ready. Before turning off the pan, be sure to try the salt and pepper sauce again, and if necessary, add spices to taste.
- Put the cooked until ready and put in a colander paste on portioned plates. Top with cooked sauce with turkey, asparagus and champignons. Grate hard cheese or several types of cheese on a grater, and decorate the dish by sprinkling it on top. In addition, you can cook and serve light vegetable salad and white chilled dry wine.
