Step cooking
- We put the pot of water on the fire, bring the water to a boil, throw 170 g of pasta into it, salt a little and boil to the state of "al dente" (about 5-7 minutes).
- In parallel, put the pan on fire and add 1 tbsp. l vegetable oil. Bacon (100 g) is cut into small thin slices and sent to the pan, while constantly stirring with a spatula.
- When the bacon turns golden, remove the pan from the heat and transfer it to a clean container. We peel, wash and cut into small pieces 1 medium onion.
- Then we send it to the pan in which the bacon was previously fried. To the onion also add 1 tbsp. l vegetable oil and fry over low heat.
- At this time, thoroughly wash and cut the mushrooms into thin slices. When the onion gets a rich golden hue, add chopped champignons to it. Mix everything well with a spatula.
- Add about 30 ml of white wine, ground black pepper to taste and 1 tbsp. To the pan to the onion and mushrooms. l soy sauce. Mix everything again. When the mushrooms and onions are well fried, add bacon and 250 g of cream to them.
- After this, mix thoroughly the entire contents of the pan and, without ceasing to stir, continue to fry until the cream thickens. Using a colander, drain the water from the boiled pasta and put it on the dish.
- Spread the entire contents of the pan on top of the paste and sprinkle with a small amount of grated Parmesan (30 g). Slightly sprinkle the finished dish on top with olive oil and proceed to the meal.
Ways to decorate and serve dishes
Traditionally, pasta with bacon and mushrooms is decorated on top with a sprig of fresh basil and served, as they say, "in the heat of the heat", that is, still hot. Basil, of course, if you wish, you can replace it with any other herbs that you have. Serving such a dish is also recommended along with a light vegetable salad and red wine.
