Step cooking
- We put a deep pan on the fire and pour 0.5 l of water into it. We rinse the bunch of basil and cut off the leaves from it. We shift them into a deep plate.
- There we put 2 peeled and chopped garlic cloves.
- Add 150 g of pine nuts to the basil and garlic. You can also use walnuts, but then the taste of the dish will be completely different. Pour the ingredients with 10-12 tablespoons of olive oil.
- Whip all products with a blender until smooth.
- Rub 150 g of parmesan and send it to the resulting puree.
- When the water in the pan boils, add 1 tbsp. l sea salt. We peel 1 large potato, cut it into slices as thin as possible and send it to salted water.
- We transfer the string beans weighing 200 g into the pan next to the potatoes. When the water boils again, immerse 500 g of linguine pasta in it. Stir them well in boiling water to avoid sticking. 5 minutes before the pasta is ready, remove them from the pan and transfer them to a deep plate.
- Using a slotted spoon, we take out the green beans and potatoes from the water. Put them in the same dishes as pasta.
- All ingredients are watered about 8 tbsp. l olive oil and mix thoroughly. In the same plate, add 3 ladles of water, in which pasta was cooked.
- Ready cream pesto sauce is sent to the rest of the ingredients. Mix everything again until the sauce is evenly distributed.
- We shift the finished dish onto a plate, season it to taste and can serve it on the table.

Pick up the following few tips to make your spaghetti with pesto look like a real Italian dish:
- In no case do not break pasta before sending them into the water. This will affect their structure and taste.
- Be sure to use sea salt to make the sauce. It is she who helps to get its creamy consistency.
- Add grated parmesan only after you beat the basil with a blender.
- Pesto cannot be heated, so do not prepare this dish several days in advance.
