Step cooking
- Pour 1 liter of water into the pan and bring it to a boil and lightly salt. It is not necessary to salt strongly, since cheese will be added, and it will be salted. Throw 25 g of linguine into boiling water and cook for about 9 minutes until half-cooked (a more accurate time is indicated on the package). Two minutes before the end of cooking, try them so as not to digest.
- Drain the prepared linguines with a colander and leave in a saucepan covered with a lid in a warm place. Parmesan (100 g) cut into cubes. Grate mozzarella (100 g). Parmesan, mozzarella and 150 g of cottage cheese to put in a pan with still hot pasta.
- Wash, dry and finely chop one feather of green onion (preferably 3-4 feathers of chives). Peel, wash and chop one garlic clove. In a pan with pasta send onions, garlic and one teaspoon of black pepper.
- Mix everything well.
- Place 2 refractory cups upside down on a baking sheet. On the bottom of the glasses crosswise put 2 slices of bacon.
- Wrap two more around the walls of the glasses and put in the oven preheated to 200 ° C for 15 minutes (select the convection mode).
- After this time, remove the glasses from the oven and carefully remove the resulting bacon molds from them.
- Fill these molds with paste and enjoy the taste.

Try making steamed broccoli and cauliflower salad with oranges. Dressing for such a salad is made from zest and orange juice, with the addition of olive oil, salt and a mixture of peppers, as well as chili peppers. The jar should be thoroughly shaken so that all the components mix well, and pour over it the coarsely chopped vegetables and orange.

Chopped garlic and hot red pepper, finely chopped, are added to it. The Italians prefer to take olives for this salad with seeds, since they have a more saturated taste, and remove the seeds on their own.
