Ingredients
- Hard Spaghetti - 400 g
- Parmesan Cheese - 100 g
- Bacon - 300 g
- Eggs - 4 pcs.

Step cooking
- Separate the whites from the yolks in 4 eggs.
- Grate 100 g of Parmesan cheese on a fine grater.
- Finely chop 300 g of bacon.
- Boil water in a saucepan and add salt to it to taste, as well as 1 tbsp. l oils.
- Place 400 g of spaghetti in boiling water.
- Heat the pan, pour olive oil into it and put 2 cloves of garlic in it. Next, add the bacon to the pan and sauté it until golden brown.
- As soon as the meat starts to let its juice, take the garlic from the pan. Fry to a beautiful crust and turn off the pan. Drain the cooked pasta through a colander, and then, having rid them of water, place the spaghetti in the fried bacon and turn on the pan again. Mix everything thoroughly. Cook the sauce. To do this, in a separate deep container, mix 200 ml of cream, 4 yolks and grated cheese.
- Pour spaghetti with bacon into the resulting sauce and stew all together for 2-5 minutes.
- Serve the finished dish to the table.
