Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 300 g
- Zucchini - 1 pc. (medium size)
- Vegetable oil - 2-3 tbsp. l
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Processed cheese - 1 pc.
- Milk - 80 ml
- Oregano - to taste
Step cooking
Cooking pasta
- Cut 300 g of chicken into pieces at random. In this recipe, you can use chicken thighs instead of chicken, previously separating the flesh from the bone.
- Wash and dry 1 medium-sized zucchini and chop it. Slicing can be different: on a coarse grater, circles or cubes. If you have the opportunity to cut the zucchini in the form of a spiral noodle, use it. So a simple zucchini will look spectacular in the finished dish and resemble pasta.
- If slicing from zucchini turned out to be long, cut it with a knife.
- Put a deep frying pan on the fire and heat it well. In a preheated pan, add 2-3 tbsp. l vegetable oil.
- Send the chopped chicken breast to fry first. Breast should be fried over high heat until golden brown.
- Salt and pepper the chicken breast with black ground pepper to taste.
- Peel 2 cloves of garlic and chop finely. Add garlic to chicken meat, mix.
- Next, put the slices from the zucchini into the pan. Fry for 4-5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Make the sauce
- Grate 1 cream cheese on a coarse grater and put it in a blender bowl.
- Pour into it 80 ml of hot milk, salt to taste. Please note that we will not salt the zucchini paste separately, it will be enough salty sauce.
- Beat the cheese mass until smooth.
- Pour the prepared sauce into the pan to the zucchini paste and mix well.
- Season the oregano zucchini paste to taste.
- Stew the zucchini in the sauce for a couple of minutes, after which the dish is ready.
To serve zucchini paste should be laid out on a dish with a slide. In the form of spaghetti in cheese sauce, zucchini reveals its taste in a new way, has a delicate texture and sophistication in combination with cheese sauce. Enjoy your meal!
