Step cooking
- First, prepare all the ingredients. We rinse two ripe avocados, cut them in half, remove the bone, and peel them. Then peel the garlic, rinse with running water, chop. The amount of garlic will depend on your preference. If you like the rich, garlic smell of the dish, then you can take 2 cloves. If you cook for guests, it is better to take 1 clove. If you do not like garlic at all, then exclude this ingredient from the recipe. Wash the green onions, cut into small cubes. The amount of green onion also depends on your personal preferences.
- Send the avocado, garlic, onions in a blender bowl, add 2 tbsp. l water, grind 1 minute to obtain a paste.
- Add 3 tbsp. l olive oil and mix. Squeeze the juice out of half a lemon. The amount of lemon juice can also be adjusted independently. If you like a less piquant lemon flavor, then you will have enough juice from ¼ of the lemon.
- Add the juice to the paste, whip all the ingredients again with a blender until the mass turns smooth, homogeneous. Adjust the density of the paste yourself. You can add some more water or vegetable oil.
- Now add, based on your taste, salt and red ground hot pepper, mix well. When adding pepper, consider its severity. It is better to add in small portions so as not to overdo it.
- The pasta is ready. We put it in a container with a lid, send it to the refrigerator, let it thicken for 20-30 minutes. You can eat immediately after cooking, but if you let it brew, then the taste of the paste turns out even more piquant.
- It is better to use immediately fresh, so it better retains all its useful properties. The longer it is stored, the lower its useful qualities become. The maximum allowed storage of 1-2 days in the refrigerator in a container with a tightly closed lid. It can be served with any toast, sandwiches, meat, fish.
- Try to grease a slice of rye bread with a paste, put a couple of tomato slices on top, sprinkle with finely chopped parsley. It can be used for a tasty and healthy breakfast with scrambled eggs. Just cook an omelet or fried eggs according to your favorite recipe, grease the bread with a paste, put a fried egg or a piece of omelet on top. After such a breakfast, hunger will not visit you until lunch.
