Step cooking
- Boil about 400 grams of pasta aldente, that is, until half cooked.
- Peel the chicken fillet (500 g) from fat and film, cut each of them in half so that the slices are about 1.5-2 cm thick. Salt, pepper and season the chicken with your favorite spices to taste on each side.
- Heat the pan, add 80 g of butter to it and melt. Fry the fillet on both sides until golden brown over medium heat (about 3 minutes). In the process of frying, pour the cream on top of the pieces of butter.
- Remove the chicken from the pan and pour 500 ml of cream into it, stirring with the previous fat.
- Pour grated Parmesan cheese (150 grams) into cream and mix.
- Cut the fillet into small pieces and add them to the plate with fettuccine. Stir all ingredients and simmer gently for 3 minutes.
