Ingredients
- Kefir - 400 ml
- Eggs - 2 pcs.
- Sugar - 3 tbsp. l
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Wheat flour - 320 g
- Baking powder - 1 tsp.
- Soda - 0.5 tsp.
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. l
Step cooking
- Sift 320 g flour into a bowl.
- Add 5 g of baking powder to flour, 0.5 tsp. soda, 3 tbsp. l sugar and 1 pinch of salt. Mix everything.
- In a separate container, beat 2 eggs with a whisk.
- To beaten eggs add 400 ml of warm kefir and 1 tbsp. l vegetable oil. Mix everything well.
- Combine liquid and dry ingredients with each other and mix until smooth, eliminating the formation of lumps.
- Preheat the pan and start frying the pancakes. On the pan you need to spread 1 tbsp. l obtained liquid test.
- When the first bubbles appear, turn the pancakes on the other side and fry for about a minute.
- When serving dishes to the table, you can use berries, honey, jam and other sweet "decorations".
