Step cooking
Cooking marinade for fish
- Pour in room temperature water (300 ml), 9% vinegar (2 tablespoons), and odorless vegetable oil (100 ml) into a small, wide saucepan.
- Add black ground pepper (a coffee spoon) and salt (2.5 - 3 coffee spoons) to the liquid ingredients. Mix well.
- Dip the thawed washed pangasius fillet (2 pieces) into the marinade. Do not cut the fillet, put it whole. Put the pan in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes to marinate the fillet.
Cooking toppings
- Grate hard cheese (150 grams) on a coarse grater.
- Peel the onion (2 pieces) and cut it into small cubes. Fry the onions in a pan, adding vegetable oil (1-2 tablespoons) until golden brown.
- Finely chop a bunch of washed and dried parsley. Hard-boiled chicken eggs (2-3 pieces) and hold them in cold water. Peel and cut into small cubes. Combine chopped parsley, fried onions and diced eggs in a bowl or salad bowl. Mix all the ingredients well.
Putting a baking dish
- Lubricate the baking foil with a silicone brush with vegetable oil. Put the pickled pangasius fillet (1 piece) on the foil and gently spread it.
- Sprinkle grated cheese on top of the fillet (1/2 part of the total volume).
- Put all the prepared stuffing on the cheese: a mixture of eggs, parsley and fried onions.
- Spread the remaining grated cheese evenly over the filling. Cover all layers with the pickled second pangasius fillet and spread it.
- Lubricate the top fillet with a thin layer of mayonnaise, using 1-2 tablespoons of the product.
- Wrap the fish in foil: cover on top and wrap the edges well.
- Place on a baking sheet. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees and place a baking tray with fish to bake for 20 minutes.
Decoration methods and serving options
The finished dish can be served both hot and cold. Since the fish was baked with filling, a side dish for this dish is not necessary. All that is required is to shift the dish onto a plate, dividing it and forming 3-4 servings. Additionally, you can decorate the plate with a slice of lemon. Your full dinner is ready. If desired, the dish can be supplemented with a glass of white wine.
