Ingredients
- Cream 30% - 1 L
- Sugar - 100 g
- Gelatin - 20 g
- Vanilla - 0.5 tsp / 0.5 sticks
- Hot water - 200 ml
- Raspberries - for decoration
- Mint - for decoration
- Chocolate - for decoration
Step cooking
- Pour 1 liter of heavy cream (33%) into the pan. Pour 100 g of sugar. Add also 0.5 tsp. vanilla.
- Heat, constantly stirring, to 80ºС (cream should in no case boil).
- Pour 20 g of gelatin into a bowl and pour a little hot water (70-80ºС), about 200 ml. Stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
- Pour the gelatin solution into hot cream, mix thoroughly.
- Pour the cream into molds and place in the refrigerator until solidified.
- We decorate to your taste - raspberries, melted chocolate, mint leaves.
Useful Tips
- You can, of course, take for Panna Cotta not so fat cream, but the dessert will have a slightly different taste.
- If you want the fruit to peek out from the dessert mass, you need to place them there when the cream has already begun to thicken.
- Panna Cotta is served in small portions in combination with many different additions - fruits and berries, jams and jellies, fruit sauces, chocolate and caramel sauce.
