Ingredients
- Milk - 250 ml
- Cream - 500 ml
- Fruit - 500 g
- Gelatin - 40 g
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Vanilla sugar - 1 tsp.
Step cooking
- To prepare a milk-cream base, you need to add gelatin to milk, mix and leave for 5 minutes in order for the gelatin to swell.
- For fruit filling, you need to prepare the fruit at your discretion (frozen or fresh). We transfer the fruits to the stewpan, add sugar and put on fire. Let it boil for 2 minutes and add gelatin. Mix thoroughly and let it brew for 5-10 minutes.
- We put on the fire swollen gelatin in milk and add sugar. We do not bring to a boil, we just warm the mixture, stirring all the time. Add salt, vanilla sugar and cream.
- Pour the milk mixture into glasses (up to half a glass) and put in the refrigerator until solidified.
- The fruit mass with gelatin must be crushed with a blender to a homogeneous mass.
- When the milk-creamy layer has frozen, then fill the fruit mass with a glass to the top. Put in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- After time, dessert can be served!
