Step cooking
You can cook the most popular Spanish dish paella with seafood according to a step-by-step recipe with a photo:
- Wash the chicken breast, dry and cut into small cubes.
- We prepare seafood, clean it, if necessary, and cut into small pieces.
- Red bell pepper cut in half and peeled from seeds. We also cut into small cubes.
- We put the paella on the fire. If you don’t have such dishes, you can just take a large pan in diameter. Pour olive oil into the paella. Instead of olive, you can take any other vegetable oil if you wish.
- In the oil we lower the head of garlic cut in half so that it is saturated with the garlic smell and taste.
- Cut along the green pepper, peel the seeds. Cut into small cubes. When the garlic on the slice acquires a golden hue, then the oil has warmed up. Send fried chicken breast slices. Add, mix and fry a little on both sides.
- When the meat is slightly browned, we send pieces of red bell pepper to the paellnitsa. We increase the fire to the maximum, mix and fry, distributing everything evenly on the surface.
- Add green pepper to the paella and mix with a spatula.
- While everything is fried, we free one edge of the paellnitz, pushing the contents away with a spatula and place large shrimps in this place. They need to be slightly browned on both sides. Remove the fried shrimp back to the plate.
- Pour seafood into the paella and mix everything thoroughly. Add saffron with ground sweet red pepper, mix. When everything is a little fried, add tomato sauce.
- We wash the rice and pour it in a circle into the paelnitsa. So that it turns red, we distribute it with a spatula over the surface. When the rice has acquired an appetizing red hue, lay out the large shrimp on the surface.
- Gently fill everything with the fish broth using a ladle so that the broth is almost to the brim. Rice should cook for 15 minutes. Gently push the contents of the paelnits up with a spatula, letting the liquid flow to the bottom.
- Turn on the preheat oven to 190 degrees. Pour green peas into a paelnit, distribute on the surface. Sprinkle with dried parsley. Gently shake the paella, spread the contents with a spatula so that the rice does not burn. Do not mix the contents of the paelnitz at this stage of cooking. Reduce the fire.
- After 10 minutes, put the paella in the preheated oven. Bake 5 minutes until tender.
- At this time, wash the lemon, cut into 4 parts, so that it is convenient to squeeze the juice into paella. We take the paella from the oven and leave to infuse for another 5 minutes so that the remaining broth is absorbed into the rice.We lay out the finished paella on plates, pour over lemon juice and serve.
