- Hercules, cereal - 90 g

Step cooking
- To obtain oatmeal, grind 90 grams of oatmeal (oatmeal) in a coffee grinder or blender. This amount of flour fits in a 200 ml glass. Pour flour into a bowl or bowl of 1.5 liters or more.
- Add 900 ml of boiled or purified water to oatmeal. Mix so that there are no lumps.
- Cover the dishes or tighten with cling film and leave to swell for 6-8 hours. After at least 6 hours, mix well and discard the mass on a sieve placed over a small saucepan.

- Put the stewpan on medium heat and cook until the mass thickens with continuous stirring. At the time of boiling jelly remove the stewpan from the heat. In warm jelly you can add natural bee honey, butter, dried apricots, raisins, candied fruits, fresh fruits, berries.
- Pour warm jelly on portioned plates or glasses. Dessert can be decorated with various nuts.
