Ingredients
- Oatmeal - 1 stack.
- Whole milk - 2 stacks.
- Chicken Egg - 2 pcs.
- Sugar - 2 tbsp. l
- Refined vegetable oil - 2-3 tbsp. l
- Butter - 50 g
- Corn starch - 1 tbsp. l
- Vanillin - 1 sachet (1.5 g)
- Stuffing (any) - 300 g
- Salt to taste
Step cooking
We start the dough
- Pour 1 stack. oatmeal in a blender bowl.
- Pour 2 stacks there. whole (not diluted) milk and let it brew for 20-30 minutes so that the flakes swell and soften.
- After half an hour, grind oatmeal soaked in milk with a blender for 1.5-2 minutes.
- In the resulting oat mass, beat 2 chicken eggs, pour 2 tbsp. l granulated sugar, add a pinch of salt and a bag of vanillin (optional).
- Again, let everything go with the blender for about a minute.
- Pour into the pancake dough 2-3 tbsp. l vegetable oil (lovers of the smell of fried seeds can add flavored sunflower oil) and 1 tbsp. l corn or potato starch and again gently mix the dough with a blender for literally 20-30 seconds.
- Pour the pancake mixture into a deep cup and let stand for about 5 minutes. While warming up, the pan can cook any filling. It can be sweet cottage cheese or fruit filling, or minced meat fried with onions - it all depends on your taste preferences.
Bake pancakes
- Grease a well-heated pan with a few drops of vegetable oil using a pastry brush. Bake pancakes from oat pancake dough in the usual way.
- Pancakes are fried on both sides for a minute until a beautiful ruddy color is formed. Fold the prepared pancakes in a stack on a flat dish or a large plate, periodically lubricating with a piece of butter, planted on a table fork. For the specified amount of dough, it is enough to take 50 g of butter.
