  3. Beat the ingredients until a thick white mass of uniform consistency is obtained.
    Using a mixer, beat the butter with sugar and egg into a lush light mass.
  4. Separately, mix 100 g of wheat flour, 10 g of baking powder, 10 g of ground cinnamon and a pinch of salt.
