- Oil should be removed from the refrigerator in advance and allowed to warm up, so that it becomes soft to the touch and a fingerprint easily remains on it.
- Mix flour with soda and sift.
- Beat butter with honey.
- Drive a chicken egg into a plate and beat with a mixer until smooth.
- Next, put sour cream and beat with a mixer until smooth. The cookies themselves are moderately sweet, but if you like sweet pastries, you can add sugar to taste.
- Stir in oatmeal.
- Next, add flour and soda to the dough.
- It is important to intervene very quickly so that the dough is not processed and is not delayed, remaining soft. Just mix Tesla with a spatula until smooth. The result is a very soft dough that will hold well on the blade and not even fall from it.
- Cover the baking sheet with baking paper and spread the future cookies on it. Due to the fact that the dough is sticky and soft, it just won’t be able to roll out, so we spread it with any spoon, depending on the desired size of the cookie.
- After wetting your fingers with water, knead the cookies into a cake of uniform thickness.
- For beauty, sprinkle with oatmeal on top.
- Bake in a preheated oven from below and above to 180-200 °. Cookies are baked very quickly, about 15 minutes.
- We put the finished cookies on the wire rack and let it cool.
- Bake the remaining cookies in the same way!
Glaze for decoration
If you want a sweeter taste, then you can use chocolate icing.

Step cooking
- Mix cocoa and sugar.
- Pour milk into the container, mixing it well.
- We put the resulting mass to simmer on a slow fire. Three minutes is enough.
- After removing the mass from the fire, add the oil and mix thoroughly.
- You can dip the cooled cookies in the resulting mass and leave to solidify at room temperature. The mass of cookies does not freeze very quickly, but you do not need to put it in the refrigerator.
