Step cooking
Cookie dough
- It is necessary to soften 85 g of butter, then beat the mixer with oil and 200 g of sugar in a container.
- Add 2 eggs and beat until smooth. When the mass becomes sour cream consistency, the mixer can be removed - it will no longer be needed.
- Add 170 g of flour to the dough and mix with a spoon.
- Then add 2 tsp. baking powder and 1 pinch of salt. Mix the ingredients until smooth.
- After obtaining the desired effect, add 300 g of oatmeal. It is advisable to take large flakes. This will give the liver a more aesthetic and mouth-watering appearance.
- Stir, the mass should turn out to be slightly dry to keep the form in the baking process. If the desired effect is not achieved, we recommend adding a little more cereal or flour.
- Last add 200 g of raisins, mix until smooth.
Bakery products
- Take a baking sheet and cover with parchment paper.
- Next, spread a mass with a small spoon and form cookies. Try to make neat and rounded cookies of the same size. If you suddenly didn’t succeed in making one size, don’t despair, the taste will not go bad. Keep a distance between cookies of 3-5 cm.
- When the whole baking sheet is filled with cookies, we send it to the oven, preheated 180 degrees.
- Bake for 30 - 40 minutes. Be sure to check cookies periodically. When the cookie is completely browned, then it is ready.
- We remove the cookies on a plate and, enjoying the aroma, we go to put the kettle on.
