Kitchen appliances and utensils:
- container for mixing ingredients;
- blender (optional);
- a bowl for raisins;
- tea spoon;
- cutting board;
- 250-500 ml capacity for boiling water;
- pan with a lid;
- silicone or wooden spatula;
- stove or hob;
- serving dish.
Ingredients

Instant Oat Flakes | 150 g |
Salt | 1 pinch |
Water | 200 g |
Raisins | 50-100 g (to taste) |
Ground cinnamon | 1/2 tsp |
Sugar | taste |
Step cooking
- We put 200 ml of water to boil. Put raisins in a bowl, pour boiling water over it for 10-15 minutes.
- 150 g of oatmeal are put in a container for mixing ingredients. If you like the finer texture of cookies, you can chop the cereal with a blender.
- Add 1 pinch of salt to the cereal, sugar to taste, 1/2 tsp. cinnamon.
- Drain the raisins and pour them to the cereal.
- Add 3 egg whites to the container with the ingredients.
- Thoroughly mix everything with a spoon until a thick mass is uniform.
- With wet hands we form small cakes on a cutting board.
- Heat a dry frying pan and set the minimum heat. Put the cakes on the bottom of the pan, cover with a lid for 3 minutes.
- Open the lid, turn the cakes with a spatula, close the lid for another 3 minutes.
- Turn off the heat and leave the cookies in a pan under the lid for 10 minutes.
- Remove the lid and put the finished cookies on a serving dish. Enjoy your meal!
