Step cooking
- To start, melt 125 g of butter in a small saucepan, pour it into a bowl, and then let cool to room temperature.
- Add 2 tsp to melted butter. honey and mix lightly with a spoon.
- After add to the butter-honey mixture 1 chicken egg, 4 tbsp. l kefir, 0.5 tsp soda.
- Mix thoroughly until smooth.
- Take a blender or coffee grinder, add 160 g of oatmeal there, and then grind them to a crumb state.
- Pour the ground oatmeal into a separate bowl.
- Sift 160 g of wheat flour several times through a sieve, and then add to oatmeal.
- Next, add ¼ tsp. To the container with dry ingredients fine salt and 200 g granulated sugar, mix thoroughly.
- Liquid ingredients are gradually introduced into the mass with flour and oatmeal, mixing so that no lumps form.
- The resulting mass can be mixed again by hand.
- Next, put the dough in a plastic bag or leave it in a bowl and cover it with a plate. Place the oatmeal mixture in the freezer for 15-20 minutes. While the dough is cooling in the freezer, preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Prepare a baking sheet, cover it with parchment so that the cookies do not stick.
- In a small plate, type ordinary boiled water into which you can lower the spoon to form cookies.
- Dip a tablespoon in this plate with water and use it to draw a small amount of dough.
- You can wet your hands a little too, so that the dough rolls more conveniently, and then make a small ball and place it on a baking sheet over parchment paper.
- Following this technique, form cookies from the whole dough that you have, and spread it at a distance of 1 cm from each other, since cookies after baking will increase in volume several times.
- Place the baking tray with cookies in the oven, preheated to 190 degrees, and bake at an average level for 10-15 minutes.
- Separate warm cookies with a spatula and put on a plate, so you can avoid crumbling it.
