Pumpkin 100 g
Red bell pepper ½ pcs
Celery stalk 1 PC.
Carrot 1 PC.
Filler-free yogurt 500 ml
Oat groats 1 tbsp.
Honey 1 tsp

  1. We wash the pumpkin and peel it. Cut into small pieces and load into a blender bowl. Pumpkin contains iron and a rare vitamin K, useful for blood coagulation, liver and kidney function.

    We cut the bell peppers in pieces and add them to the blender too.
  4. Wash carrots, peel the top layer and cut into small cubes and unload in a blender bowl. In order for the carrots to start juice, you can grate it on a coarse grater. This vegetable helps with anemia, is good for gums and improves lung function. Especially useful for young children.
    Last add chopped carrots.
  5. Add 1 tbsp to vegetables l finely ground oatmeal. If you have regular oatmeal, skip it through the spice mill or grind it with a pestle.

  6. Add 500 ml of filler-free yogurt and a teaspoon of honey.
