Step cooking
- We wash the pumpkin and peel it. Cut into small pieces and load into a blender bowl. Pumpkin contains iron and a rare vitamin K, useful for blood coagulation, liver and kidney function.
- We wash the celery stalk, cut it and also send it to the blender bowl. Celery strengthens the immune system, is useful for metabolism, strengthens the nervous system, has a rejuvenating effect and helps with weight loss.
- Take half a large bell pepper or one small. We rinse it and cut out the seeds. Cut into strips and put in a blender. Red pepper contains more vitamin C than in lemon; helps with insomnia, improves memory, as well as the condition of hair and nails.
- Wash carrots, peel the top layer and cut into small cubes and unload in a blender bowl. In order for the carrots to start juice, you can grate it on a coarse grater. This vegetable helps with anemia, is good for gums and improves lung function. Especially useful for young children.
- Add 1 tbsp to vegetables l finely ground oatmeal. If you have regular oatmeal, skip it through the spice mill or grind it with a pestle.
- Add 500 ml of filler-free yogurt and a teaspoon of honey.
- We interrupt in a blender until smooth.
- Serve in a glass, on top you can decorate with a sprig of greens, a ring of red pepper and a bright straw.
