Ingredients
- Sweet bell pepper - 1 pc.
- Yalta onion - 1 pc.
- Tomatoes - 2-3 pcs.
- Parsley - to taste
- Salad - 100-150 g
- Dill greens - to taste
- Mustard - 1/2 tsp.
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Sunflower oil - 50 ml
- Table vinegar 9% - 1/2 tsp.
- Honey - 1/2 tsp.
Step cooking
- First, peel the onion from the husk and cut into thin half rings.
- Then we cut the stalk out of sweet bell pepper and take out the seeds from it. Then cut the prepared pepper into small pieces.
- Peel 2 cloves of garlic from the husk, and then finely chop. If desired, garlic can be minced using a garlic press.
- Next, cut the washed and dried greens of dill and parsley.
- In a deep container, tear small leaves of lettuce. It is better to take a salad of several varieties. So the dish will turn out tastier.
- Then cut tomatoes into large containers of lettuce.
- After that, add chopped onions, peppers, herbs and garlic to the salad and tomatoes. Salt to taste.
- In a separate bowl we mix aromatic sunflower oil, honey, mustard, and mix thoroughly until smooth. If desired, sunflower oil can be replaced with olive.
- Pour the prepared dressing to vegetables and mix. Next, put the finished salad in a salad bowl or on a flat plate and serve for serving. This salad goes well with any kind of side dish, and also perfectly complements the taste of meat and fish dishes. Enjoy your meal.
