Step cooking
Cooking dough
- Sift 190-200 g of flour through a sieve into a bowl to knead the dough.
- Cut cold butter (90 g) into small cubes.
- Add 0.5 tsp to the flour. salt, chopped butter, quickly rub in your hands into small crumbs.
- In the bowl, shake the egg with a fork or a whisk (1 pc.), Add to the bowl with crumbs, knead thoroughly with your hands, if necessary add 1 tbsp. l boiled water, knead until dough is uniform. Tighten the dough with cling film and send to the refrigerator for 60 minutes.
- We take out the dough from the refrigerator, free it from the film. Sprinkle a chopping board or any flat surface with flour, roll out the dough on it with a rolling pin to a thickness of 5 mm.
- Compare the dough with the size of the form - the diameter of the dough should be equal to the diameter of the bottom of the form in total with the height of the side. Lubricate the form with butter, shift the dough into it using a rolling pin, gently trim, with a rolling pin we cut off the excess dough from the top of the form.
- We prick the bottom of the resulting "plate" from the dough with a fork, remove the form in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
- Turn on the oven to heat up to 170 degrees. After time, we take out the form from the refrigerator and cover it with a sheet of parchment. To prevent the dough from rising during baking, pour 600 g of beans or lentils onto the parchment as a load. We send the form with the dough into the oven for 15 minutes. We remove the parchment from the mold with the load, bake another 10 minutes, then remove it from the oven (do not turn off the oven).
Cooking stuffing
- Cut 100 g of bacon into small cubes, grate cheese 70 g on a coarse grater, finely chop green onions, 6-8 pcs. cut the cherry tomatoes into halves.
- In the bowl, whisk the egg with a whisk (1 pc.), Add the dried garlic (1 tsp), pour the cream (200 ml), mix thoroughly.
We make a pie
- We spread the bacon and green onions (1/3 of the onion) onto the dough, pour the grated cheese, spread the tomatoes with the slices up.
- Pour the cake with the prepared egg-cream mixture.
- We send it to bake in the oven for 30 minutes, then we take out the cake and let it cool slightly in shape.
- We shift the pie to the dish.
