Ingredients
- Pork - 1 kg
- Spice mix (hops-suneli, coriander, paprika, red pepper) - to taste
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Garlic - 5-6 cloves
- Salt to taste
- Soy Sauce - 50 ml
- Butter - 20 g
- Milk - 70 ml
- Egg - 2 pcs.
- Flour - for boning
- Breadcrumbs - Boned
- Colored hot peppers to taste
- Vegetable oil - for frying
Step cooking
- Cut the meat into slices the thickness of a finger.
- We spread the meat on the surface of the desktop, cover with a film and slightly beat off with a hammer.
- Put the meat in a deep bowl. Add garlic minced by the garlic - 5-6 cloves.
- Add a little salt (here you need not to overdo it, because more soy sauce will be added, it is salty).
- Add black pepper and a mixture of spices to taste.
- Pour 50 ml of soy sauce into a bowl and mix thoroughly so that each piece of meat is thoroughly saturated with marinade.
- Leave the meat at room temperature for 2 hours.
- Break 2 eggs into a deep plate, beat with a fork.
- Add 70 ml of milk to the eggs, whisk again.
- After 2 hours, prepare the meat for frying. First, roll the piece in flour on both sides - so that the marinade is not washed off.
- Then dip in the egg and milk mixture.
- And then roll in breadcrumbs.
- Heat a little vegetable oil in a pan, add 20 grams of butter. We spread the chops, fry on both sides until golden brown - 5 minutes on one side, 3 - on the other. Fry under the lid.
