Ingredients
pork liver | 500 g |
wheat flour | 3 tbsp. l |
onion | 200 g |

Step cooking
- We wash the liver weighing 500 g, remove the film from it and cut into slices 0.5 cm thick.
- We lay out the cut liver on a board, cover with cling film and beat off with a kitchen hammer on both sides.
- Chopped pieces salt and pepper to taste.
- Drive 1 chicken egg into a deep bowl and stir it with a fork.
- Dip slices of liver in 3 tbsp. l flour, then immerse in the egg and sprinkle with flour again.
- Pour 70 ml of vegetable oil into a well-heated pan, spread the chops and fry them on both sides.
- We cut 1 head of onion in half rings and fry it in a pan with the addition of 50 ml of vegetable oil.
- We spread the onions and the finished liver chops on a plate in layers. The dish is ready!
