Step cooking
- We heat one glass of milk to about 30 degrees, pour it into a bowl. Add two teaspoons of dried yeast, mix. Sift in a separate dish two glasses of white flour of the highest grade. We recommend sifting flour two or three times so that it is well saturated with air. Gradually add flour to the milk, knead the dough with a wooden spatula. We cover the bowl with the dough (dough) with a film and a towel, leave it to approach for two hours in a warm place.
- 15 minutes before the time runs out, cook baking. Four eggs separate the yolks from the proteins. For muffin we need only the yolks. To the yolks add 0.5 teaspoon of salt, a bag of vanilla sugar and one tablespoon of regular sugar. Beat with a mixer in thick foam.
- We open the approaching dough, during which time it rose very well. Knock it out with a spatula.
- Melt to a softness 100 g of butter, pour it into a dough and mix. Pour whipped yolks here. Additionally, you can add two tablespoons of rum, one teaspoon of lemon peel, ½ teaspoon of cinnamon. Now gently intervene this mass in a dough. This process will take 3-4 minutes. When the mass is homogeneous, add another glass of sifted flour.
- Knead the dough at the beginning with a spatula in a bowl. Then sprinkle the working surface with flour, spread the dough and knead it with your hands. We form a ball out of it, send it back to the bowl, cover with cling film and leave it to come for one hour.
- During this time, the volume of the test will increase by 2-2.5 times. we grease the working surface with vegetable oil, put the dough on it, knead a little and knead for 5 minutes. After that, the dough is ready for the further formation of the dish and baking.
You can fill it with any products, give it any shape. For example, sweet cinnamon rolls can be made from this dough. To do this, roll out a thin layer, grease it with melted butter, sprinkle with sugar mixed with cinnamon. If you do not like cinnamon, you can use only sugar.
Fold the layer with sugar roll inward, cut into slices 2-3 cm thick. Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper, lay out the blanks, cover with a towel and leave for 10-15 minutes. Beat one egg and grease the surface of the buns. After that, send to the oven, bake at a temperature of 180 degrees 25 minutes.
Remove the baking sheet from the oven, cover with a towel and let cool for 10-15 minutes. Then put them on a serving plate and you can serve them for tea. The buns turn out to be ruddy and tasty; adults and children will definitely like it.
