Step cooking
- One bunch of fresh green spinach is washed under running water, we give time to let the liquid go away, cut into large pieces on a cutting board, remove to the side.
- We put a frying pan on a heated plate, put 30 grams of butter in it. Let the oil warm up.
- When the oil warms up, put the spinach in the pan, fry it. Sprinkle spinach on top with one pinch of black pepper. Continue to fry the spinach, stirring constantly, until it is significantly reduced in volume. We do this on medium heat so that the product does not burn out, namely it is slightly extinguished.
- We drive two chicken eggs into a separate bowl, pour two tablespoons of fresh milk. Take a fork or whisk and beat the mixture until we get a homogeneous mass. Slightly salt the eggs with milk, literally a quarter teaspoon of salt.
- When the spinach in the pan came to the desired state, decreased in volume, but remained green, without losing the vitamin composition, pour the milk and egg mixture on top of it, cover the pan with a lid.
- Leave the pan with omelet on medium heat until cooked.
- Under the tap, one hot chili pepper, cut it into thin slices on a cutting board. When the omelet is ready, add chopped chili peppers on top for a sharp taste and to slightly decorate the dish.
